Description: garnet red colour with good depth, intense and elegant nose with fruity notes, well sustained by a sweet spiciness combined with sensations of violet and dried rose. Powerful and harmonious palate with a dense and complex tannic structure. Pleasantly crisp and savoury, it offers a lingeringly persistent finish.
Pairing suggestions: excellent with game, braised red meats, mature cheeses and dishes served with white truffle.

Description: brilliant garnet red colour, pleasantly spicy nose with notes of mountain herbs, balsamic nuances and slight fruity scents. The palate is clear, mineral, decidedly crisp and persistent.

Description: garnet red with ruby highlights. The nose is ethereal and expansive with hints of minerals and balsamic notes accompanied by scents of rose, spices, red fruits and wax. The palate is tangy and pleasant, rich, very persistent and well supported by tannins.
Pairing suggestions: ideal with roasts, braised red meats, game and mature cheeses.

Alcohol content: 14 – 14.5%
Acidity: 5.4 – 5.6 g/l
Cellar life: 12 years
Description: pale garnet red with ruby highlights. The bouquet reveals scents of wild rose, violet and broom. The palate is dominated by plum, strawberry, red fig and carob, supported by sweet notes of spices and liquorice. Fresh, delicate and floral, it combines a sweet and pleasant tannic structure with an acidic vein that is present but well integrated into the body of the wine.
Excellent persistence in the finish.
Pairing suggestions: excellent with roasted red meat, game and medium-mature cheeses.
